    he is from Stockport, same as 10cc, he used to write for the NME 10 cc - Dreadlock holiday - the biggest band from penman's home town edit: I was confused, 10 cc are from Paul Morley's hometown / Paul Morley is from stockport / I have no idea where penman is from from!
