    did you first fill your sink with water and then ran around with the burning pillow to your kitchen or did you get water from the kitchen and extinguished it on the spot?

    The former. It didn't really catch flame. It was a steady smoulder.

    No. But it took me a long time to notice it was on fire. Quite bad really. Could have burned the whole building down.

    Glad you're still with us. You often hear of people burning their house down after falling asleep with a cig in bed etc.
