Mine is about kettlebells - if I use dumbbells between 14 and 16 kg for lots of exercises, what weight kettlebells should I be going for? I have no idea of the difference in difficulty in doing basic exercises with a kettlebell, and obv dont' want to shell out for the wrong weight.....
