Actors in general are so toe curlingly narcissistic

And they get treated like they're worthy of it, all those long, fawning profiles you get in the Guardian every week

But obviously those articles work, they get people to click on them, I suppose its PR but its also something about the medium of film that makes icons of them, almost religious icons, especially the ones with nice faces

A famous actor is never going to hear an honest opinion about their rubbish art project because they're surrounded by fawning toadies, that must be why they get it into their head that they're not just actors they have something to say

I do agree though. The litany of Oxbridge failure is endless. Johnson, Starmer, Truss, Cameron. You cant accuse Blair of failing though, more's the pity.
