Grey, but still got it. Slightly receded hairline but I'll take it. Guys are lucky today, with buzzed/shaved heads so common and accepted. Worked a long time ago with a guy who wore a toupee, looked terrible but we all felt bad for him, couldn't bring ourselves to tease him.
