what is this type of music pls????

It's not underground, I think quite mainstream, I heard one one rinse a lot called infinite daps and my mate had a stag do in amsterdam and we went to a club it was mostly r&b and some Dutch weird stuff and tunes like that infinite daps, like a bit comedy but also sophisticated and expensive sounding. Who does that? Where's it come from?
