Also he's talking about cancelling Biden's pardons cos he asserts - without any evidence whatsoever so far - that Biden didn't write them, didn't understand them and didn't sign them. Apparently there is no way to actual cancel them but if he can argue they were never truly created that may be a loophole.

Again

A Brown University medical professor was deported to Lebanon over the weekend despite having a valid US work visa, defying a judge's order blocking her immediate removal from the country. The case centering on Rasha Alawieh, 34, comes as Donald Trump’s second presidential administration has been escalating its immigration policies and attacking universities.

On Friday, US district court judge Leo Sorokin issued an order scheduling a hearing for Alawieh on Monday – and said that the federal government must give 48 hours’ notice to the court before her removal from the country.
In clear defiance of that order, US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) put Alawieh on a flight to Paris that presumably was a layover back to Lebanon.
On Sunday, Sorokin said in court documents that CBP had received notice of the court order but “nonetheless thereafter willfully disobeyed the order by sending [Alawieh] out of the United States”. Sorokin ordered the government to respond to the “serious allegations with a legal and factual response” and a description of their version of events by Monday morning, ahead of a scheduled court hearing.

So will there be any consequences or is it just bye-bye to checks and balances, the US constitution and the rule of law?

Here is what Karoline Leavitt, who knows absolutely nothing about the law, says about federal injunctions, and every word of it is, legally speaking, utter nonsense: "This injunction is entirely unconstitutional. And it is, for anybody who has a basic understanding of the law... You can't have a low-level district court judge filing an injunction to usurp the executive authority of the President of the United States. That is completely absurd!"

I remember smoking weed with this man called Jim who did heroin when I was a teenager and he made me smoke all my weed with him then just walked off like "Cheers, mate." while I was lying there wanting to throw up and die.
