Worthwhile tech blogs?

I have a request for the resident Dissensus technology wonks - well, HMGovt basically, but also anyone else whose interests lie in a similar direction - which is: what good tech blogs are there? It's just I've got an interview on Friday for a job at a company that invents things, and something they're keen on apparently is candidates following up-to-the-minute tech developments. Which I don't, really.

Actually, it's a fascinating area when you look at these big subjects - the social/economic ramifications of AI, for example....

It goes without saying that I don't know the first thing about the nuts and boilts of it all.
