probably the nicest thing you've ever said about me lukaIt's called psychological and emotional scarring.
still a good ideaMe and vim are going to do one. We want a piece of this action.
Hence the violation of the taboo of sex, or the Madonna and Child, a sacred dyad throughout European history, which today has migrated to the sacredness to the mechanism of its profanation: abortion. The frenzied scenes on the steps of the Capital a few weeks ago attendant on the Supreme Court confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh, whom progressives fear will overturn Roe vs Wade, testifies to the unearthly force that still remains in play, only now with the polarity reversed. Abortion today serves as a sacrament for counter-initiation, just as marriage used to mark the entrance into adulthood and community.
I'm pretty sure that as long as you say "allegedly" after any potentially libellous statement it gets you one hundred percent off the hook.Is it libellous to point out that all these people are utilising adult tools in order to play like children.
So what are they suing him for then? Can someone summarise this so I don't have to read the whole thing... please.Crucially, Mr Miller and Ms Power’s position in court was at odds with the narrative they had been publicly promoting and crowdfunding their legal action with over the past two years; namely that they were suing me for libel for, in their words, being “falsely labelled a fascist”.
But in that piece he seems to be claiming that they raised money for their case saying it was to accuse him of libel in that he said they were fascists... but in actual fact they are actually accusing him of something else (what I've no idea) and in fact wanted the stuff where he mentioned fascism removed whereas he argued for it to be kept in... and I don't know how that relates to the actual case cos I don't know what it is, but it seems counter intuitive.... and also it appears that he is accusing them of raising money under false pretenses on their kickstarter or whatever which would be a crime in itself I would have thought. It's unclear to me too, Rich. The main beef would seem to be over some of Luke Turner's tweets which are reproduced at the end of the judgement. There may be more to it than that though - as this is all pre-trial stuff.
There would appear to be a distinction between fascists and neo-nazis in there somewhere. (In the 1970s the Anti Nazi League produced a plethora of badges, Teachers/Skateboarders/Vegans etc Against The Nazis. I don't remember a "Fascists Against The Nazis" one though).
And there seems to be a dispute of whether DC Miller threatened Turner, and to what degree, and to what extent (if any) this was investigated by the police.
What on earth is Nina doing in GB News? Can't we encourage her to get back on here and talk about coil records again? This has gone too far
