I fried haddock in butter and oil with lemon zest and juice, samphire, olives, capers, garlic and a little pesto and veg stock. Then served it over a central pile of cheesy mash in the middle of the plate, like in a fancy restaurant, with some cherry tomatoes and rocket. Really, really good.
Stewed rhubarb, yoghurt, banana and honey for pud.
