What were the posts? Help us archivist!I dunno. Maybe he didn't like that I posted his tweets, maybe Luke sent him a weird message or maybe he just felt like deleting them.

Those "Beatles" guys are a lil over-rated methinks. Couple great albums in there, but—cmon, there are hundreds of great rock'n'pop albums, maybe thousands. "Tomorrow Never Knows" is OK. Larkin is full of shit, every acid trip is completely different. Sgt Pepper's is overrated and everyone in the know prefers Pet Sounds.According to Colin Larkin, writing in the Encyclopedia of Popular Music, "Tomorrow Never Knows" has been recognised as "the most effective evocation of a LSD experience ever recorded".[118]
well fuck, guess i just lost all credibility

It wasn't actually based on anything, at least not when it was mentioned on here. It was just Luke deciding they were because that's what he thought the music sounded like.
It's not in the film where John Cusack plays Brian - that's good enough for me.My gut feeling has always been that this was bullshit, but who knows.

Thomas Pynchon was brought to Brian's Bel Air mansion while Brian was wrestling with his Smile album. Crazy stuff.thomaspynchon.com
