I hardly comment on Youtube but here is my story. In March of 2020 my whole life broke apart. Covid got me really good, not physically, but I really struggled with my mental health. I had panic attacks every other day. It got so worse, that I wouldn't sleep properly for days. I couldn't go to sleep because of anxiety, finally when I fell asleep I woke up within 1 hour and was straight out panicking. I had like 4-5 panic attacks every night. I tried to calm myself with meditation, with audiobooks, with talking to friends on the phone etc. Nothing really fixed the root of the problem. I couldn't break the cycle. But one night, when I was trying to distract myself with videos of YesTheory I came across Wim. I found this very video and did this breathing technique and for the first time, what felt like ages, I could think clearly again. This was the beginning for some major changes in my life. I found a new job, I worked hard on my physical health and reached out to my family and friends and started to bond again with my best friends, my father, mother and sister. All the people that were dearest to me. If you know anyone, who is going trough similar experiences, gently nudge them in the direction of this video.
