Seems to be Municipal Police - weird cos round the corner is one of the biggest police stations (normal police I mean) in Lisbon but they never seem to actually do anything. The other day there were a load of guys sitting outside a shop on a busy street smoking crack within sight of maybe 50 police cars and vans etc these guys seem to really elevate looking the other way and doing fuck all to another level - I admire that.

Isn't it the case, though, that all drugs are decriminalized for personal use over there? I know that's not the same as actual legalization, but I can see why cops might take the view of "if they're not causing trouble or selling it themselves, then we'll leave them to it".
