I recommend and endorse this book the writing of which changed Matthews life and, I witnessed this with my own eyes, nudged him onto a higher vibrational frequency.

I say this in all sincerity. It was a beautiful and inspiring thing to witness.

Sounds like a good idea. I asked a psychiatrist who's house I stayed at a while ago about the wellness agenda and he said it's just eastern religion without God so it's dangerous, in his opinion. This also gets back to the idea we've discussed quite a lot in other threads: the work of the 60s is not yet fully done
