The Forbes and Reuters pieces I just read don’t debunk it, but they both point out how some of the scientists/researchers involved have made prior such claims which have been debunked.

The figures themselves look somewhat silly, but I was expecting this to be definitively debunked already. I guess we’re just waiting for other institutions to actually do some DNA testing, which the researchers in question say will support their claim?
