They way I tend to go with a lot of old school psychology is to not read it in detail but pick up on the concepts and fill in the blanks myself.
For example, I think Carl Jung is a genius without having read anything directly from him
One of the concepts I'm interested in is the Anima/Animus... seems to mean a masculine/feminine balance to each genders psyche which makes sense to me.
I have a feeling when this goes out of wack it can lead to mental health problems. Am I right or is that a misunderstaning?
