What should I watch tonight? 70s preferablyThe most notable changes for me have been drinking more and being more decisive. I used to agonise over trivial things like choosing a film to watch whereas now I cba pissing about and just choose something.

Is that an improvement for you? What meds are you on if you don't mind me asking? Got a friend who has just gone an SSRI type thing I think (not prozac).I'm on some pretty strong meds. Blunts all emotion.

Lots of people I know are getting depressed or divorced or attacking their housemates or whatever cos of lockdown. Difficult times.
Listening to that Sophie song I posted in the other thread really cut me up today. I think there's some reservoirs of grief that are currently off the radar, all mixed up with other life stuff. Lockdown, a growing family, missed opportunities, career stress, juxtaposed against that tragedy. Is that an improvement for you? What meds are you on if you don't mind me asking? That sounds tough mate, good luck with it. I guess at least you have the gloomy films, strange that they of all things should work.It is in a way. I got diagnosed as Delusional about 2 years ago, long story. I'm now on Aripiprazole, an anti-psychotic. It's cured the depression I used to have but can't buzz of anything other than gloomy films now, don't get dopamine rushes from music anymore. It's a better antidepressant for me though than when I tried the SSRI Fluoxetine about 10 years ago for a few months if anything.
Cheers mate. It's the nihilism of film noir that I really got into. No way out type films as I didn't think I was delusional, my psychiatrist tells me that's a classic symptom of it all though. That sounds tough mate, good luck with it. What's JTRIG? Is that like a private security firm or something?
