I had to make a concerted effort to watch this. I've watched it once.
It seems too obvious, stating that they provide deliverance and then posting a video of a tune with the same name. There must be more going on.
Video is goth by numbers, but do the lyrics contain any clues?

The Mission is basically Wayne Hussey, born into a heretical cult created by a charlatan who performed psychic searches for lost items, before hitting on the bright idea of saying he found some golden tablets engraved with the words of God and creating his own religion that allowed him to have multiple wives. The band were apparently named after the "proselytising mission" that members of the cult are supposed to undertake.
@john eden has written about the band, so read what he has to say as there is no point in me repeating that stuff
What I can say about Wayne Hussey was that before joining Sisters of Mercy is that he was living in Liverpool and hanging around with the ZOO records crowd - immediate RAW style Illuminati associations as Bill Drummond was co-founder of ZOO. Courtney Love was hanging in the same circles as a "teardrops groupie" - she'll pop up again in a future post in this thread... immediately before departing for Leeds, he was a member of Dead or Alive, fronted by Liverpool legend Pete Burns, who dedicated his life to an alchemical transformation
The band's management was called Golden Dawn Enterprises, a bit of an obvious nod to the influential occult order, who also managed All about Eve, famous in my mind for their stunning Top of the Pops appearance where someone forgot to turn on the tape for them to mime to, leaving them look lost and confused - hilarious stuff, but how accidental? Are we being shown the man behind the curtain?
Tim Bricheno of All About Eve sometimes played with the Mission live, and now teaches music in Guildford, a town that keeps popping up in this investigation - the "guild" in Guildford could refer to a society, maybe of stone masons?
If we employ a "King Kill 33" method of analysing the song then the results are more fruitful - immediate word association is with the name of the top grossing film of 1972 ( a significant year according to @suspended), Deliverance, based on a novel by James Dickey. The film could have been different as Dickey wanted Sam Peckinpah to direct, but got John Boorman instead. Nothing but disappointment for Dickey as he also wanted Marlon Brando to star, but he got Burt Reynolds. Boorman also tampered with Dickey's script which resulted in a drunk Dickey turning up on set and breaking Boorman's nose and shattering four of the director's teeth.
I'm sure I am one of many who can only recall two scenes from the film - the duelling banjos and the "squeal like a pig / you've got a purdy mouth" episode
Boorman received a gold record for the Duelling Banjos single, but it was stolen when Martin "The General" Cahill burgled his house. Cahill was alleged to have connections with the UVF who, allegedly, had MI6 staff within their ranks. The British secret services were founded by John Dee.
Deliverance is a tale of civilisation having to confront its primitive origins and overcoming them - an initiation
Dickey also wrote poems, one of which is titled The Owl King - the novel of Deliverance also features owls, both real and artificial. According to C. Hines Edwards, jr., in his paper Dickey's Deliverance: The Owl and The Eye
In Chrysopoeia: metaphysical reflections on transformation in James Dickey's "The Owl King" it is stated that:

In The Princess Di Conspiracy ( the Film They Don't Want You to See) By Patrick O'Connor there is a scene where Diana is presented with an artificial owl by "major" James Hewitt ( he has to make a living as a gardener now, hard times ):

I totally forgot to conclude that post by mentioning Alan Garner's The Owl Service, which adapts Welsh myth of Blodeuwedd, telling the story of an eternal cycle enacted by each generation in a Welsh valley:
Alan Garner also wrote one of my favourite childhood books, The Weirdstone of Brisingamen, which brings us back to The Mission, as it has implicit Arthurian themes as do the lyrics to Deliverance
Imagine my disappointment when I finally visited Alderley Edge and found the caves littered with used condoms, crisp bags, and empty cans of lager.

The release of the Ouija book has screwed up my methodical investigation of the illuminati homepage because they've gone and added a whole bunch of rubbish music videos at the top of the page, but I'm just going to continue from where I left off...

I have actually heard this song before, but without knowing it was The Mission UK ( as they are known in the USA to avoid confusion with an R'n"B band from Philadelphia ). It was was used in my favourite episode of Miami Vice, where Crockett, a detective, a detective on the Vice squad, a detective who is supposed to investigate drug deals, totally fails to notice that his girlfriend is a junkie ( played by a 20 year old Helena Bonham Carter, "the hairiest woman in showbiz" )
It's incidental music for a car chase - I probably didn't even register it as anything other than coke rock

but fucked it up according to The Philadelphia Inquirer:

in my drunken haze last night I forgot to mention the Crocodilian from the sex magick teachings disguised as a puppet show, commonly known as Punch and Judy
Steve Ignorant, formally of anarcho punk band Crass, demonstrates the Punch vs Crocodile scene from Punch & Judy
the basic routine is:
Punch has a string of sausages
A crocodile comes up and steals them
Punch tries to pat the crocodile
Punch is bitten on the nose
The crocodile represents the reptilian brain which Punch, the Fool of the Tarot, has to battle with to control his base instincts, one of the first steps taken on a spiritual path
