such is the case with alot of these mid 30s man who are REALLY into pop music by "pop starlets", its the music equivalent of adults reading YA fiction right down to the moments of deep shame and guilt that they're so into this kind of music that at its core isn't for them.

i guess my thing with Billie Eilish is like its ok but its just that its alright, her music and her singing style and music remind me of Lana Del Ray but without all her like Americana battered white woman signifying and gestures in her music.

But i just fail to see what makes her this "once in a generation fascinating poster child for the zoomer generation" bullshit that i hear about so much with her, it just comes across like another example of white people getting gassed off of a ting and doing their damndest to convince everyone this is the case, it wasn't that long ago certain people FINALLY got over Lady Gaga and not too long ago "backlash" set in over that Charli XCX gal.
