8 years/2 terms with a black president boiled a lot of piss for a lot of people to the extent you could see the steam from here
This needs evidence from surveys or something. Bear in mind that the same constituency have sports teams full of black athletes that they cheer on every week and Americans aren't as fixated on n generation's ethnic background as a prerequisite for citizenship like some people are here.

You think that if it's not on an official internet website, it's not one of the central messages and a central part of the appeal.
You also seem to think that you can learn and pick up everything through the internet.
That probably explains the profoundly ignorant statement below that I've been alternately laughing and cringing at all morning and afternoon:

Bear in mind that the same constituency have sports teams full of black athletes that they cheer on every week

If you don't understand people cheering on athletes or entertainers of a difference race, while also not being happy with a person of that race being president (unless, of course, it's "one of the good ones" (a phrase heard in the south)) then you really do need to spend some time here so you can hear various chestnuts like "black people are only good at two things - music and sports."

Mixed Biscuits summed up:
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence unless you relay anecdotes that support my side like regarding a reaction to a vaccine or immigrants eating animals.
I also won't point out the statistical insignificance of what you've claimed if it supports my side.

You Dems all insane and have Trump derangement syndrome!
Of course we voted for a person that has a "greatest hits of conspiracy theories" and many of us support other conspiracy theories and support q anon, alex jones, glenn beck, etc. etc. etc. but OH MY GOD YOU ALL ARE INSANE!
At least that kind of thing isn't central to who Trump is as a person? right?
right?
please tell me I'm right

OK you still have no evidence for your claims re attitudes.

The central platform is what the party was putting forth as its main messages, and the Dems' main message was Trump = Hitler i.e. paranoid conspiracy theory.

Vaccine reporting like VAERS is mainly "anecdotes", yes, but it's illegal to submit a lie and medical professionals often submit these reports themselves. Now, if you have a link to a system like VAERS for racist attitudes please provide it.

The other fly in the ointment is that Trump keeps gaining black voters and latinos. If he were a racist he should be losing them as they realise he's racist. Yet again you're just repeating the messaging that was fed to you by Democrat HQ.

The shade that gets thrown by leftists towards Christianity shows how ignorant they are, as well as ungrateful, as liberalism itself is grounded by Locke in the universal creation of men in God's image, something which equates them with each other. The crisis of comparative value between people shown in the neurotic identity politics and privilege discourse is because this guarantee of equal value has been undermined by leftists seeking to distance themselves from the religion that spawned them.

You do understand that there are different strains of Christianity, right?
"Throwing shade" at southern Baptist evangelical Christianity that has a long history of supporting and including prominent racists, misogynists and homophobes and will use the bible to support any and all reprehensible positions is not "throwing shade at Christianity" any more than someone saying they don't like Burger King is throwing shade at burgers.

People don't care so much about a person's character if they think they can really do something for them.
If you see the way evangelical christians get themselves in a knot by supporting someone with character, his multiple marriages, etc. etc. etc.
"god sometimes sends an imperfect vessel to do god's work, bless the lord for donald trump"
otoh, obama was an agent of the satanic, fascist, socialist new world order and he wasn't even really born here! and he's an "arab" (meaning muslim)!

Trump spends years spouting numerous conspiracy theories so much so that it becomes a main part of the Trump brand - It is central to his brand, and everyone KNOWS this deep in their bones, whether or not it's on the official Republican platform.
Now, back to researching jewish space lasers...

@A Liniment's Evil Work - take it from me, you can't win. You're interacting with someone who can simultaneously lie, misuse a truth, abuse a statistic, commit three logical fallacies, and then accuse you of everything he's just done, while answering a question like "Do you take sugar?"

yeah, I'm gonna put mixed_messages on ignore.
I'm already mentally unwell (worst I've ever been in my life - seriously), and arguing with a troll that for them is just all fun and games (as @woops said somewhere, they're not like this in person) and that thinks they can know everything possible there is to know about people and cultures because "the internet", and straw-mans you, and swears up and down left and right that the dems are far beyond the the mountain of diarrhea spewed from Trump's mouth over years and years - the very stuff which makes up a _large, CENTRAL_ part of his whole brand and appeal to his "lib owning" supporters.

funny how they just accepted that my legs were affected by the vaccine and didn't require any extraordinary proof or evidence
or they just accept all of this without question when I said:
"A couple of decades ago, a former boss told me about how he previously worked for the local government in Los Angeles (I don't remember exactly, but I think it may have been the Health and Human Services division), and he had been tasked with telling some immigrants to stop eating the pets that people were giving away.
Seriously, there were people that thought that they were seeing ads for free food when they saw classified ads placed in the local papers for cats and dogs or whatever kinds of pets that people were giving away. They were just thinking "What a great country!" with all these nice people giving away free food so he had to go educate them on the cultural differences."

although I suspect if I also told him that very same person's life was threatened by the cops because one of them saw him dancing with his white sister, and they he had _one_ day (if even that) to get out of l.a. (permanently) or he would be dead, he would say that it's apropos of nothing, probably made up, and statistically insignificant

I think the ignore option is definitely wise.

It's apposite that you brought up the Jewish space lasers, because I've tried to point out that, for all his professed support for Israel and Jews in general, he's hitched his wagon to a movement that is packed to the rafters with antisemites, but all I've ever got in return is non-sequiturs like "Yeah but yyaldrin supports Hamas, so it's the lefties who are the real Nazis."

currently chuckling to myself regarding some of mixed_messages lasts posts especially leftists being ignorant re: Christianity, mentioning Locke shows just how completely ignorant they are of christianity in the u.s., and also makes me chuckle to myself even me because maybe they would realize this if they actually were on the ground here instead of thinking they can someone how divine everything about a society and culture through the internet
They should see, for example, how EXTREMELY racially segregated churches are here.
(much hand-wringing ensues at this point, I'm sure - and I'm SURE it certainly doesn't reflect anything in the wider society)
also re: concerning profound ignorance of Christianity and liberalism - I'm sure all of the forced conversion of different races within the united states is surely what Locke had in mind with universal equality especially when christianity was still used to justify slavery and segregation, genocide of native americans, forced conversion of remaining native americans (including forcibly removing children from their parents to send them to isolated schools where they would completely strip them of their language and culture in order to "civilize" them) - but still using the bible to justify continued segregation among races even after forcibly converting them (because, after all, they're still a lesser race)
yeah, let's talk about Christianity in the u.s., Locke, and who is truly ignorant

and another thing about Christianity in the states, what people miss about the society and culture by not going to various churches here, and why there are so many god damn churches here, especially in the bible belt
church here is as much a social and cultural event as much as it's about worshipping god
it's like the glue that sticks things together and makes things get stuck in place and retards progress as everything just gets reinforced in church
it's also, like I'm sure Jesus would approve, a place to dress up and show off where you and your family are on the ladder of success, a place to mingle and gossip, a chance to exchange business cards, and all sorts of other "holy" activities
as an aside, I also spent some time with an uncle in Oklahoma who worked as the audio and video engineer for an evangelical church that broadcast on cable tv - it was less segregated as those things go, but if you could have seen some of the crazy shit that went on there, your brains would leak out - everything from so-called "faith-healing" to bizarre videos filled with conspiracy theories and misinformation about the scary wider culture out there including the "evil" music out there influencing people, bizarre conspiracy theories...
I also spent a lot of my younger years going to church, and lots of my family have been and are members of southern baptist evangelical churches, and I have been to a number of churches since then for various reasons so I'm not exactly inexperienced and unfamiliar with it all.

Oh, and like many baptist and evangelical churches, everything was so much focused on appearances (just as Jesus would have wanted)
and having a charismatic leader of the church is very important
someone that can get the ladies wet and inspire them to send the married leader of the church their panties in the mail (and not just a single event, and not just one lady) just as Jesus would have wanted
and it's VERY important, and just as Jesus would have wanted, (and you see this across numerous evangelical churches that broadcast), to show off the wealth and luxury (but always in bad taste, speaking of Trump) of the church and its leaders
