I watched a couple of Novara's "Downstream" interviews recently and they're not bad interviewers. That being said, I still can't shake the sense of an entertainment product.

novara have officially come out against woke. that's good i might be able to start saying things in conversations again. safest thing for ages has been just to bypass it and not give much of an opinion on anything

I saw a clip the other day where they were talking about Campbell vs. Farage on Question Time and Bastani had absolutely no criticism for Farage; @DannyL's prediction of him going full Spiked at some point inches ever closer.

@shakahislop is another moderate forced by social circumstance into play-acting the leftist edgelord, however half-heartedly. He should either summon up the courage to speak truth to power or find a different bunch of people to hang out with so that he can speak his mind - life's too short to do otherwise.

here you are biscuits. you can listen to it for yourself.

The bit on woke is quite commonsensical but nothing that couldn't have been predicted from the get-go. I don't think they can declare it dead given that much of what they say shows they still buy into the beliefs that lead to the woke beliefs, whether it be the paranoia about supposedly all-pervasive racism or the investment in language games that privilege gender over sex (woke has 2 main propellants, inversion of purported fascist values and belief in the social construction of reality; these propellants don't necessarily mix well either.
