I'm not sure if DJ SS was the guy we used to buy 9 bars off on the platform of Manchester Picadilly, anyway it was some weed dealer guy turned jungle dj who my mate used to have to buy a platform ticket and swap cash for bag with, he had a name that began with DJ S, I was too stoned to take notice at the time
prob not, as ss was brum based.

sounds like too much effort. but in the 90s you probably got your moneys worth.
sometimes i want to say weed habit is worse than fags but I know I'll get crucified by my cannabis evangelist mates. also why I'm not a fan of legalisation, but on the other hand, would be nice to pick up an occasional q or half in the shops rather than deal with either A) a cracked out hippie B) a public school toff and C) a white rasta.

I'm probably guilty of "retcon" but we did have a supplier who turned jungle DJ and his stage name was DJ S something or other, I thought it was a stupid name at the time, but he wasn't from Brum, probably Crumpsall to be honest, it just sounds better when you say DJ SS, sorry, maybe I'm extremely drunk, lol
