If you want a really outlandish theory, imagine he does get Canada and Greenland and it's some sort of pincer move on Europe coordinated with Russia. in the big corporate multistory cinema with massive chairs that lean back electronically last night there was a guy in a maga hat walking around trying to get in confrontations with people, i think it started coz someone gave him the finger and he followed them shouting at them. anyway obviously my girlfriend, who is quite amazing with this kind of thing and is never going to let something like that slide, started shouting at the maga person and questioning whether he was a real person or if it was a bit. so he turned around and followed us and - probably the funniest thing i've seen for a long time - kept calling her a loser and making his hand into an L shape and putting it to his forehead.

he followed us into the popcorn queue and eventually security came over which was quite amazing because, i don't know how well this translates to the UK, i mean you are in NYC in the lower east side wearing a MAGA hat, you ar enot going to find much sympathy, and the security were this massive gay dude and a huge dude with face piercings who looked like a murderer. we had a nice moment of unity, they could hardly stop themselves talking about how much they hate the maga shit, zelensky etc
