sometimes
i went and had real fun. first time i've been in ages, did a shit load of walking looking for the bloke who was going to give my brother a lift back to brissle where he's working at the mo, but it was great.
some great soca tracks, some standouts, i forgot how ridiculously infectious that music is, and how fast!

I just dont know
first time ive been, and it was one of the greatest experiences ive ever had. kids day especially i found really beautiful

forgive my ignorance, but what music were the floats playing? i understand that soca and calypso were played, but i dont really have a clue other than that. i would very much like to experience more, any knowledge would be greatly appreciated

All about pride and egos
Good Times and the system next to Rampage round the corner to the right were doing a lot.

The Abashanti system was big as well, but a little too chilled out for my tastes.

House music owned Carnival for me. No electronic music sounds better outdoors. And I don't know shit about shit about house music.

Hold tight everyone who caught the floats playing a soca mix of fwd riddim as they were driving away on the last day, caught in the human disaster of people leaving notting hill.
