Very happy to pay cold hard cash for that one, been searching for it for a long time. He likely to give it up?

Hit him up. Twitter @DJEARL_

From my good bro Wills Glasspiegel who did the previous NPR pieces on Footwork:

"I produced a segment on All Things Considered tonight about Footwork... 91.5 in Chicago and 93.9 in NYC.. around 4:45 PM (closing out the first hour of the program so check you local listening here: http://www.npr.org/templates/stations/schedule/index.php?prgId=2) Features RP BOO, AG, SPIN a remix from DJ EARL. Will post online after it airs."

bandz ahoy

I love this tune so much... I think I need to pay more attention to juke/footwork music. While the UK 'post-dubstep' music almost invariably sounds like something else, some of these juke tunes sound like nothing else I've ever heard.

lazy q (i cant find much on the net about it tho) - what are some essential juke mix cds? am wondering if there were any era-defining ones, or mix cds that are some sort of benchmark for the scene.

some important ones:

RP Boo - Dude off 59th Street
Spinn Rashad & Traxman - from k town d da 100z
Jammin Gerald - Trak Phaze
DJ Clent - Hasted Street
DJ Deeon - Sox Park Mob series
waxmaster - westside connection

There are tons of them, and a lot of them were on colored cassettes. I'm trying to get a digi conversion game going with these old tapes so people can hear em.
