Xtreme Talent was a bookings agency that had several dozen prominent garage DJ's on their roster, and also specialised in live P.A.s. Sarah, the head of the company, was called on many shout outs back then. Not sure what the relevance of the selection on this CD is, but I assume that some of these tracks were, if not live PA's, were somehow promoted by XT. Not a great CD if all is told.

This is a fucking legendary mix, really deserves to be evangelised in the way that essential Mixes are. Unbelievably experimental stuff from Dubstep/Grime/Garage producers.

Believe it or not I only listened to this properly the first time last week. It's alright, dont be expecting a Nasty radio set or anything, this is mainly instrumentals. You'd never know Jammer ever touched mic from this set, a million miles away from murkle man.

that last one, the jammer mix is wicked - ears - player is such a heavy tune and a personal fave on lewi white's scuff ya pumas - though i have always had a soft spot for lewi's productions

No surprise that these boys ended up doing bassline after listening to this, though I have to say that I wrote off bassline too early after listening to one of their up north mixtapes. Mind you this mix isnt too bad, theres some alright stuff on it.

i think he means Record of Achievement folder, which you get when you finish your GCSEs, i.e. when you're 16, i.e. when you're legal.

but i might be wrong.

loving that set anyway, thanks owen! haven't even started on the other ten or so sets i've got off this thread :D
