I feel like, compared to most of the other people on this thread, I'm quite a nice fellow, though I did once throw a lemon at an old woman on a bicycle.

I sold one of my best mates a record for a fiver that i had bought for 79p the day before. It was produced by Jonathan King as well.

OH YOU CUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!

we use it in the US as well, check Curb Your Enthusiam where Larry David calls the guy a cunt for bluffing in poker...

in a way, it seems like it could be a sign of regressive "low-demand" relationship seeking...like porn addiction or strip club frequenting

but i would say most women i know cheat because they're unhappy in a relationship (this is probably why men cheat, too), and they tend to look for someone who seems fun and different in key ways from their significant other

but also it's always easy to find someone who is looking for an opportunity

especially in bars

people who cheat are looking for half a person, someone who isn't as complicated and difficult as their other... dessert w/o dinner...

"A quick review of the nettles story seems to indicate that cuntishness means complete and utter unabashed sadism? Or am I way off?"
Well, it was more the complete and unabashed vindictiveness that swung it for me - although a bit of (unrequested) sadism can often be a feature I guess.

Was the nettles thing vindictive or was it unprovoked, though? Unprovoked pleasure-taking in someone else's suffering or pain is more like sadism than vindictiveness.

If cuntishness is sadism I'm a professional

Yeah I've heard it here but it's nowhere near as common as it seems to be among UKers. And it doesn't seem to be used as specifically here, like here being a cunt is kind of like being an asshole only slightly farther up the curve.

I think it's the combination of it being unprovoked and particularly vicious that makes it for me.

If you approach from the back I suppose.
