Here's an amazing 1 hour set J Da flex & Juiceman did on the Dreem Teem's late night Sunday show in Summer 2001, sometime between June & September, around the time of FWD's first night, not that it's mentioned.

This starts off and ends perfectly, Juiceman MC's as if his life depends on it (well different from his current D&B & Hip Hop mediocrity). Definitely one of my favourite sets.

That set is great, owen, you know that track, before 'cold and imtimate'? It nicks the chorus from a punk band called 999, and the track's called 'Emergency', dunno who did the garage version though. Certainly surprised me hearing it.

Just listening to first part now, never heard that roll deep tune at about 9 minutes with dizzee chorus? Thats sounding real sweet right now anyone know what its called?

Dizzee Rascal - 'Win'

Don't think this ever came out...anyone know? Think its one of the best things Dizzee ever did...

there's a version of sadie ama - fallin' at the start of a roll deep set here (the one with stage show riddim on), does anyone know what version it is?

I dont recognize any of the tracks apart from twis up. He does mention the last one being 'Exorcist'. This was meant to be the first release on Halo beats. For some reason the label was delayed a bit and this track was replaced with Search & Destroy's 'Cave Dweller'. I suppose you can add Exorcist to the long line of Slaughter Mob tunes that never saw the light of day. Chances are the other tracks played were by them as well.

Does anyone remember a UK Garage site called Heavyweight Sound. It was an American one ran by (I think) DJ Casper from Chicago. It was one of the best Garage sites around 2000-02, which always surprised me considering that it was American. Had loads of interviews and magazine snippets, but best of all it had plenty of mixes to download.

A few years ago my hard drive died and I lost loads of files. Does anyone have the following that were floating around that site:

Lady G Spot & Mc's Sneaky D & Dee lite on Y2K FM 2000/01

DJ Deekline & MC Hyperactive on Flex FM 2000-02

G Spot is part of Feminine Pressure, and the MC's were in a crew called Twin Peaks. It's a great set of basslines, and the MC's are the really good at 'dibba dibba dee' type lyrics.

The deekline one starts off with DJ Zinc's Go DJ and then goes into The Gorrillaz and then a Skibadee Deekline collab

Ring any bells?
