TJ Cases gets unfairly associated with The Dreem Teem's abortive attempt to clean up garage in late 2000 when they championed his supa-smoove (but lovely) "Dedicated To Love" over Oxide & Neutrino/So Solid et. al.
But actually he had some of the most astonishing darkside garage releases of 2000/2001 - see especially the jawdropping "One By One", one of my favourite garage tracks ever ever ever. "I Like To Cut, I Like To Play" also great.
Plus he was responsible for some of the very earliest 2-step tunes, like his fabulous remix of Thump & Johnson's "Valley of Love" from 1996 (!!!)
Also love "My Inspiration", "You Bring Me Joy" and "From Dusk To Dawn".
