in a perverse way tho, its good for grime's gutter rep, just not so bad for people who want to listen to someones music without having to think about the nasty stuff theyve done.

dot rotten gave away some really good beats on twitter. i got the link from grime forum. only 128kbps but still good. never liked him that much as an mc but hes a really good grime producer.

who told chipmunk that it was a good idea to do that crescent-shaped gesture with your fingers all the time? its like hes begging for someone to make a 'tiny penis' joke.

I like the idea of dot rotten as the succesor to trim....

They are both a bit weird (in the best possible way) and but still very gully.

that clip aint the best tho.

The bit where he sings 'you can't say salaam a lakum and eat pork' on his mixtape get's me every time, it's wicked how he does sung choruses.

Dot is a coin-toss. One one hand, he's a bit too worried about projecting his 'street smarts' image. Posing with anti-Masonic DVDs, talking about the hood, etc. I'd hate to see him turn into the Jadakiss/Prodigy of grime.

But on the other hand, he's still a lot sharper than say Griminal. Not to mention as a producer, he's already rather creative to begin with. So he can avoid getting too stale.
