So after dropping Pandemonium last week, Petchy tonight playe Rej by Ame along with a couple of other Euro-sounding bits. To me, rather than the purist dubbage approach, this is the more interesting version of the sort of development Martin's been talking about - i.e. working with funky as it is now rather than against it, to see what new influences can be accomodated. Keeping on playing plenty of fresh homegrown productions is an essential part of this though.
Topsee and Jammin sounded amazing at times on the set, Stop That by SK really is an excellent springboard for MCs.
Also want to say how much I'm liking Up In My Head by Cooly, lovely tune.
