Use words properly. Cults imply coordinated leadership. A dispersed conspiracy theory originating on 4chan isn't a cult under any reasonable definition.I'll write a proper reply later, but for now all I'll say is that to go "crawling" for evidence of the modern GOP's dysfunction would be a bit like searching for sand while standing on a beach.
And it's totally false to frame this as a "conservatives vs liberals" issue, involving two more or less equivalent sides that have different but equally valid ways of seeing things. We're talking about a cult that believes child-murdering warlocks secretly rule the world. If there's one thing that ain't, it's conservative.
I don't see any coverage of GOP dysfunction because I don't follow liberal political coverage. So yes, "if you see it it's for you," in the immortal words of TLP. I didn't suggest you explicitly searched it out. I suggested you subscribed to feeds (liberal friends, liberal platforms) that have obvious incentives to push such narratives on you. The GOP is dysfunctional I'm sure but that's political parties in general—even liberals in the states know the Democratic Party establishment is a corrupt and clueless entity.
Not an expert in QAnon but from reading its Wiki just now, it doesn't appear that racial stuff is canon. Indeed, despite the wiki being excoriating and detailed, I can't find the word Jewish, Judaism, or anti-Semitic anywhere on it. (OFC, I have also heard endless complaints of QAnon being antisemitic, from the left, but if no one can even cite a source on a highly contested Wiki page... Well it sounds like more race-baiting by the libs. NB: this is not a claim that there aren't antisemitic or racists QAnon supporters, there obviously are. It's a claim that you're stretching the truth making QAnon fundamentally about race.)Implicating Jews in the ritual sacrifice of white Christian children is "lite anti semitism"? What then do you consider the real deal?
