I sort of half heartedly walked up to them to say something and they just whizzed off again pissing themselves laughing.

A while back someone who was riding an electric scooter on the pavement knocked an old woman flying right in front of me as she was coming out of her house, they had to call an ambulance and everything. I fucking hate them.

quite big althugh im not sure they're legal exactly. i think they are being trialled.
