even though kid is naive and that might get him into problems it will also bring him luck and happyness you know someone bad out there will single him out maybe but someone good will do so as well. if you walk like a robot in a suit yapping in your phone no good will ever approach you but if you dance around new york with a big smile like the kid somone might just ask you how late it is and if you have the time and from one thing comes another.

I never did weights but played football for the first time in ages today and it was ace - gonna do it every week. If I can find a squash partner as well sorted. I'd just rather do that kinda thing than weights.I'm basically saying EVERYONE benefits from proper diet, exercise and weight training - physically, mentally and emotionally.
