To be clear, I'm not alleging conspiracy, more bewilderment at such messy issues with so many variables resulting in such a clean split. The Brexit result in particular was just a pisstake. The absolute worst outcome in terms of settling the debate and offering a clear path forward.

If I had to explain it to a fifth grader, I guess I would describe it as putting your car in reverse gear, then using the rearview mirror to drive?
