I've found libs on a few occasions, but never in a big enough quantity to actually trip on. Most of the mushrooms I've ever done have been those big chunky cultivated P. cubensis jobs.i really like these little ones though, and i like that they are from local area and it takes me ages to find em. already doing better than last year tho.
Just leave them on a wire rack in your airing cupboard or above a radiator until they're crispy. There's really not a lot of work involved.no but if i see a few more, i might be tempted. the whole decarb thing looks like too much for me to be arsed with, but i saw a recipe that looks fairly foolproof
