Actually I think it scared people off using arpeggios or fluttering sounds for fear of simply ripping Skream off...only Mala really has mined that Derrick May/Omni Trio ying-yang/light-dark approach to melody that was touched on in request line, imo.

That Dreem Team show was sick - well the Dreem Team bit was poor but the mixes were frequently excellent. I have a Stonecold GX mix on minidisc somewhere from that show, only found out recently that Hatcha was their DJ lol. "Code red code red DANJAH DANJAH"

I've got the full version of the 1st dizzee appearance, vocals from tubby and all. Will find it and up later tonight probably. That mix is really good mainly for double - especially towards the end of the set, though diz gets better as the set goes on.

Yeah I have always wondered about that. I've heard the version where its D Double for ages then it just drops into gangsta toyz...was that just an edit someone did or was that version ever released? Gangsta Toyz is just the sickest tune, mainly for Kano.
