i think dj nate is kind of the ornette colman of footwork. he was not one of the forbearers of the style but he was an important innovator with a unique voice. his music generates a lot of animosity and confusion. whether some blogger knows about nate and doesn't know about rp and rashad is not...

who does the beats on their tracks? i can't find that information anywhere. you could be right but i can't find any verification.

yeah it's stunning. these two two are low budget but are also quite brilliant, in fact i've been watching them obsessively. diplo is not involved in these - beats are by their regular beat creater dj hitek - and they are top-notch.

that's for sure. i love everything about them.
