In Grime established people put together mixtapes, and then sell them in stores and keep all the money for themselves. And this is pretty much what happens with "established" people in the Hip Hop scene in New York as well. And by fairly I mean "as per the terms agreed in the contract they signed"

On the underground; Mixtapes = Money all goes to the person who put it out with no legal clearance for anything Albums = everything gets cleared and everyone gets paid fairly

I have both. There is a one note difference......

artist/label mixtape = a bunch of vocals one after the other on a cd. They might be arranged or faded together but it isn't a "live" set, no.

Kano is built for competing with Americans. I don't begrudge him going off and doing different music Would be nice if there was a bit more Grime on his shit though, and if artists in general were more accepting of the name so the scene which produces this talent can get recognition.

I am banned from podcasting my show which irritates me immensely. I have had about 3 people say they cant listen to the Kiss stream. I don't know why that would be. Try re-installing windows media player?

Oh and obviously I will be putting out a CD that you will have to buy of some exclusive freestyles and new glimpses of people's album tracks in the Kay Slay / Whoo Kid fashion. Won't be mixed though
