Your "friend" had better not be Quincy Jones or whatever.I'm gonna get my friend to help with some of the technical aspects, I hope that won't be frowned on too harshly.

DARK NEW JACK SWING would be the ultimate music nerdy Dissensus thing.just off the top of my head, i was thinking some kind of old & new theme could be fun. maybe tracks that reference the past but aren't pure pastiche. kind of like dissensus in tune form.
I'm sure that said 'Derek' a minute ago, and I thought "Getting Derek May to ghost-produce a track for you would definitely count as cheating."Ha I'm not gonna ask Detlef.

Yes, that's better. I just threw that idea for a joke, although IMO it is theoretically juicy idea!i like, but! i feel like a freestyle approach to genre is going to bear the juiciest fruit. the way i had it in my head, the theme would be more of a mood board type thing. a springboard for ideas. and up to everyone to pick whichever genre they like and ideally are good at! so the final thing has some force to it, and not just novelty, ykno?
@luka doing preachy spoken word poetry over a basement house track.anyone else who feels they want to contribute, maybe a spoken word piece would be cool.
