I retweeted the Anna Wintour essay after the death of Andre Leon Talley last week because they had been feuding so everybody was talking about her. This seemed to generate some traffic to the post.

Twitter is such a parasitic platform, you couldn't design a better tool to encourage peoples' worst instincts. I mean, if there's a nuclear war then maybe the survivors will finally start retweeting the Ronald Reagan essay.
