Ive started doing push ups sort of randomly but constantly throughout the day whenever Im at home. Im convinced this is the ideal way to work out. You never get sweaty, bored, or set anything up/go anywhere and you get stronger
theres a russian guy that says this. joe rogan loves him.

that's good. using this new method i expect you to hit 20 by the end of the year. unless you get bored of it before then which you probably will.

What I used to do was alternate between,

- warm up
- 1 minute plank (push up position)
- 1 minute side plank
- 3 x 12 bicep curls
- 3 x 12 side lateral raises
- 6 x 10 push ups
- 6 x 10 diamond push ups
- 6 x 10 dips
- 1 minute plank (forearms)
- 1 minute side plank
- warm down

And,

- warm up
- 1 minute plank (push up position)
- 1 minute side plank
- 6 x 60 crunches
- 2 x 12 flat bench lying raises
- 2 x 24 side leg raises (each side)
- 6 x 5 squats
- 1 minute plank (forearms)
- 1 minute side planl
- warm down

I try to do everything as slowly as possible and just do as many as I can whilst I can't do the full routine. I also do ankle exercises and general stretches throughout the day.
it helps to be terminally unemployed if you want to get into fitness. otherwise you cant be fucked youd rather just drink and take drugs etc in your downtime.

Yeah when I work out, its usually basic stuff like this.

4 sets of 15 pushups,
4 sets of 15 situps,
4 sets of 15 calf raises,
4 sets of 15 squats,

With dumbbells:
4 sets of 10 curls,
4 sets of 10 lateral lifts,
4 sets of 10 overhead lifts,
and 4 sets of 10 lifts like I'm pulling the cord of a generator (don't know what they're called)
