what exactly does algorithmically generated here? Theres a list of talking points, a general structure made by human hand that is then fleshed out into thousands of iterations by an AI to avoid basic tracking?

@IdleRich The tweet and @Leo's "fact check" are different claims, no 1

2— the “State of Wisconsin had 3,684,726 active registered voters on November 1, 2020.” There were 3.239 million votes cast. The turnout in 2016 was 67%. You would need 1.5 million same-day registrations to account for the differential. Even if turnout surged to 80%, you'd still need almost a million same-day registrations. There's no doubt these are crazy numbers. That in itself is very weird and interesting

that's no different from trump retweeting Russian disinformation and justifying it as "I'm just putting it out there".

Really? What are the Big Bad Consequences of me sharing the post on the site? Please do tell

This forum is impossibly self-serious about politics, the links were presented neutrally and without endorsement
dude the Internet is awash in a sea of that nonsense and it's probably going to wind up getting people killed at some point

if you post it without comment what do you expect

There are like 20 people here who constantly bullshit another, and now you're like, "someone's gonna get killed cuz you posted a tweet"

You don't even needa get conspiratorial to know that the US voting system is mired by incompetence, and counts are regularly off. Look at the 2000 race.

btw if you read the rest of that expose on Metric Media, it turns out that it was inspired by a similar, earlier network set up by...Dan Proft

so, that's nice symmetry, the fake partisan local news master quoting his fake partisan local news protege

yeah, really. 10 seconds on google reveals it as bullshit, so why post it?

Your link literally didn't refute the claim, saying a few voting districts or townships exceed count is a different claim from saying the whole state did. Neither you or I know whether the claim is true yet—maybe it is googleable! I haven't googled and I don't care! politics is for perverts and losers, this is a horse race baby!

All I'm sayin is let's not get so arrogant. Fake news is real, but there are a lot of things we Don't Know, and that No One Knows For Sure, at a time like right now, and many of the so-called fact checks are designed more to keep the peace than because authorities are actually aware of the real circumstances
