You hear similar complaints from people in Canada, Australia, the US and probably other places too. Everyone seems to be pulling their hair out over the cost of housing in particular.

it's stupid - most rents per month for private properties exceed the monthly pay of a non-footballer

there was a series on BBC2 about property development in Manchester UK and there was one scene where a couple of Chinese students were viewing a flat in one of the many high-rises that have flown up and it was £8000 a month

one of a friend's friend's kids is in severe debt from trying to make a go of it in a new high rise and after eviction for non-payment he is now living with his mother and having to pay 95% of his JD Sports wages to the landlords in order to avoid prison for the debt incurred, the rest goes out in child support to his psycho baby mother

when I was his age we could just squat a property and party and not even think about "working"

sorry to hear about the nightshift

not sure 2025 will be better to be honest

except for the debut of INJECTION SITE, the greatest Manchester club night EVER, as long as @catalog can foot the bill
