i do agree w something Droid said once about ' posting Youtube videos that take time to load ...
' YT ( owned by Google of course ) has an irritating legal clause
if your music is up on YT, they can sell ads on it- but they won't share that data w the artist whose music provides the carrier for their advertising.

Yeah that's bad.
With the embeds into a dissensus post, I don't think you ever see ads, which is good. But there are also occasional videos which don't work as embeds.
And, over time the video moves, or gets deleted, so there's lots of threads full of YouTubes which are basically a bit nonsensical now and you just have to wonder at what it was that people were talking about.
