It's complicated by western money and scientists being tied to the lab too though. The former theory leads to a heating up of hostility towards China. Which ain't nothing but a heart-breaker / friend only to the undertaker.
At school, if the teacher said "who did a shit on my desk?" or whatever and some random kid piped up, without being accused "It weren't me!" then it pretty much always turned out to be that kid. Just saying like.how are we supposed to know? It wasnt me anyway
What's the supposed motive for someone doing so?

The same motive behind any science, I'd have thought. The lab exists so that viruses can be studied. It's not that big a stretch to consider that they were working on this one and it accidentally got out. What's the supposed motive for someone doing so?
Option 2's the most convincing, imo. I currently think the most plausible explanation's that they were studying the virus, modified it as part of their research and it accidentally got out.It seems to me that there need to be three options....
1. Not man-made
2. Man-made by accident (or at least released by accident)
3. Man-made and released deliberately,
The fact that you went to a school where this was a routine occurrence explains a lot, I feel.At school, if the teacher said "who did a shit on my desk?" or whatever and some random kid piped up, without being accused "It weren't me!" then it pretty much always turned out to be that kid.
