Nesh. I continued to cycle 10 miles a day throughout my brief bout of wuhan lab plague, to show it who's boss. I did have unprecedented, yet mild, thigh ache one day, but SARS-CoV-2 evidently got the message.

Both my parents got the lurgy last week and they've been suffering to a greater (her) or lesser (him) degree for the last few days. I get the impression they have turned the corner now and are slowly climbing out of the hole they're in and back towards life as normal. But it is slow and they have been in a hole.
