now THIS is bullshit i know people have had bad things to say about Simon

The fact he thought breaking the Aparthied rules was his way of helping and getting the musicians out there is so naieve, now that i think about it it's very Drake cause that's what Drake "thought" he was doing when doing tunes with Black Coffee and Headie One giving them the biggest platform possible to draw peoples attention to them, when really all they want to see is him.

All the wonderful textures and rhythms of indigeouns foreign music but it's refracted through the lens of the coloniser so it doesn't get too far out there and off putting
