i'm basically never up there these days. and i don't have the knowledge to interpret what i'm seeing anyway. when it comes to central/south americans i don't even know who i'm looking at. i've been with my panamanian mate when he suddenly starts speaking to people in spanish and i'm like............how did you know this black dude was from south america, i had totally misinterpreted thati saw some recent footage of the bronx and it looked like woolwich that prompted the initial question. like its maybe lost its insularity
