How about Sweetgreen? Been there during the lunch rush and overheard some business meetings and ‘team’ speak. Felt a little out of place which is funny because its just some salad chain all these professional types deign to frequent. I love that tofu mushroom umami bowl, though

This is not the issue in England, as I see it anyway. The issue in England with Mexican food is that nothing about it is Mexican. It's all run by seb and arlo.

I went to an Ethiopian restaurant and the food was much blander than I expected, all coming on some sort of default spongey bread disc. But the honey wine was very nice.
